I bought my first Arabian horse in 2005. Later, I purchased others including Our Morning Star MO who was in foal to Sir Fames HBV and produced SB Miss Independence. These horses were primarily for my personal pleasure and were shown in western and hunter pleasure on the local and regional level. In 2021, I purchased a 46-acre property in Reddick, Florida and moved from Tennessee to the sunshine state. At the time I purchased the property, there was a home for me, but none for my horses, so I built a nice four-stall barn with storage for tack, hay and feed. Over the past few years, I have purchased a small select group of horses of very high quality. With the addition of more horses, and plans to breed a few foals, I knew it was time to expand the barn. We broke ground on a new addition in April of 2024 and have made excellent progress. The new and improved barn will have 13 stalls, including five new 12’ x12’ stalls and four 12’x15’ foaling stalls. These were add to the existing four stalls, tack, hay, and feed storage rooms, laundry facilities, wash rack area, and restroom. If all goes according to plan, the newly expanded barn will be completed in August.
